That values the whole company at £11.75m. Tasty operates three restaurants in London under the ‘dim t’ format which offer a variety of dim sum and other oriental dishes. It plans to use the cash to open six more. The shares are tightly held and the presence of the Kaye family always creates investor interest. That is why the shares shot up to 88p on the first morning. Be careful of this lack of liquidity.
