The refinanced shell will become an OFEX-quoted investment company that will co-invest with Capital Ideas. Pub internet terminals installer Public Network lost its AIM quotation in August 2003 when it was in financial difficulties. It was put into liquidation but Capital Ideas managed to get it out of liquidation. The name will be changed to Turnaround Capital and Capital Ideas will have a stake as well as receiving a management fee. Capital Ideas had a stated net asset value of £394,000 at the end of April. Including a 5% share option in repossessions company Europol there are additional unrealised profits of £700,000.
